We had another business before The Bridge Group! 💪🐶

Inspiration comes from all places... The first business we started was an apparel company called Fitbull Clothing & Co! Although our first business wasn't the end goal, it paved the way for lessons we learned that helped us run a successful business such as The Bridge Group.

In creating Fitbull, there were three main areas that we had to become familiar with in order to truly understand the ins and outs of owning a business. Sales, marketing, and systems! 📈💻

Sales was the biggest initial roadblock ⛔ since that was a skill we had to grow into as we got more and more comfortable opening up, handling objections, and how to showcase the brand and story to others.

Marketing can be daunting, but the first step is always the hardest... just starting! We sent our logo idea off to a designer, and that's where things started to grow. Then it was time to get a website 🌐, create social media accounts, start selling at events, and obtaining all of the other marketing materials needed to truly make our presence felt.

The last piece was our SYSTEMS! We needed to know everything from purchasing inventory, tracking inventory, payment systems, setting up an LLC, and more!  Going through this process the first time allowed us to learn what to do and what NOT to do.

We owe a lot to our first company, and are thankful for that amazing experience! 🙌
